My name is Mari (pronounced like M-are-ee) and thanks for visiting my website today!

Here are some of random fun facts about me, in no particular order. Enjoy:)

I am originally from Georgetown, Ontario. I love spending time outdoors. I have an unhealthy obsession with the show The Office (US.)  I LOVE chocolate, it's actually more of an addiction.  I am currently learning how to play the bass guitar, a skill I picked up working on an original musical I co-wrote and performed in my masters program.

I love The Chicks (formally the Dixie Chicks), they were my first concert when I was 7. My favourite birthday was my tenth because I got to spend it with my best friends at Great Wolf Lodge! My family loves hockey, but I have never actually played a game. The first musical I ever watched was Fiddler on the Roof, my moms favourite.  

 

I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease when I was 9 months old. I have a really long tongue because I don't have the piece that makes you tongue tied. I hate when people don't put their shoes on properly and stand on the heel of their shoe instead of just putting their shoe on like normal. I value kindness, compassion, and positivity. I love making people laugh and spending time with my loved ones.
